Instructions

Home Cooking Recipe for Jjajang Dish

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop 180g of pork, 100g of onion, 60g of green cabbage, 60g of zucchini, and 30g of potato into cubes.
  2. Stir-Fry: Heat up 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add the chopped ingredients and stir-fry until they are nicely cooked.
  3. Make Sauce: Pour 300g of water into the pan and add 150g of jjajang sauce powder. Mix well.
  4. Simmer: Once it comes to a boil, let it simmer for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve: Enjoy your homemade jjajang dish over cooked rice.
