Do I need to sign up for membership?
No, you can easily log in through your email authentication code without signing up for membership.
Are the prices of goods different online and offline?
No, the price of the item is the same both online and offline
Is there a surcharge when paying with a card?
Yes, there is a 1.75% card payment surcharge for both offline and online transactions.
Is delivery available?
Currently, we offer pickup only at the HanGaWee Booragoon store. We plan to gradually expand to offer pickup and delivery at other locations.
When should I set the pick-up date?
The preparation for the pick-up item will be carried out the day after payment is confirmed. Therefore, it is advisable to proceed with the date 1 or 2 days later.
