Instructions

1. Prepare the Batter: Mix one egg (60g), 75ml of water, and 24ml of oil with 240g of the donut mix. Stir well to create the batter.
2. Shape the Donuts: Form small balls of dough (approximately 2cm in size).
3. Frying: Heat oil to 170°C and fry the donuts for 4-5 minutes until they turn golden brown.

• When frying donuts, they will expand to about twice their size. Only fill half of the frying pan with dough.
• After frying the donuts, let them cool and mix well with the topping mix before enjoying.

Storage

• Keep the mix in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• After opening, store the remaining product in the refrigerator in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Caution

• Be careful during frying to avoid oil splashes.
• Make sure to store in a well-ventilated area, and do not keep the product near strong-smelling foods.
