Instructions

Ingredients:

  • Chashu Sauce: 1 pack (120g)
  • Pork belly: 5~600g
  • Water: 400ml

Cooking Method:

  1. Slowly grill 4 slices of pork belly in a pan, removing excess oil using kitchen towels.
  2. Add the chashu sauce and water to the pan with the meat and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
  3. Slice thinly, pour the reduced sauce over the slices, and serve.
