Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Ottogi Stir Fry Sauce for Squid & Octopus (120g)
  • 1 medium-sized squid or 1 octopus, or 2 small octopuses (totaling 200g)
  • 40g onion (1/2 onion)
  • 30g chili pepper (1 piece)
  • 15g carrots (5 slices)
  • 10g green onion (about 1/2 stalk)
  • 7g cooking oil (1 tablespoon)

Cooking Steps:

  1. Preparation: Clean the squid or octopus, slice into bite-sized pieces, and cut the vegetables into thin strips.
  2. Stir-Frying: Heat the oil in a pan, add the seafood and vegetables, and stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat.
  3. Final Steps: Add the stir-fry sauce, then cook for an additional 1 minute and 30 seconds until the seafood and vegetables are fully coated and cooked. Serve hot.
