Instructions

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • Ganjjajang powder: 150g
  • Pork or beef: 200g
  • Onion: 300g
  • Cabbage: 200g
  • Zucchini: 100g
  • Water: 700ml
  • Cooked noodles or rice (for serving)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add 150g of ganjjajang powder to 700ml of water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Prepare the vegetables (onion, cabbage, zucchini) and meat (pork or beef), and stir-fry them in a pan until cooked.
  3. Add the stir-fried vegetables and meat to the black bean sauce mixture. Boil for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the sauce over cooked noodles or rice and mix well.
  5. Enjoy your ganjjajang.
