Instructions

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • Jjajang powder: 100g
  • Pork: 100g
  • Onion: 300g
  • Cabbage: 100g
  • Zucchini: 100g
  • Water: 700ml

Cooking Instructions

  1. Stir-fry pork and vegetables (onion, cabbage, zucchini) in a pan.
  2. Add 700ml of water and 100g of jjajang powder to the stir-fried ingredients, and bring it to a boil.
  3. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once cooked, pour the sauce over rice or noodles and enjoy.
