Instructions:

1. Soak the meat in water to remove blood, then marinate it with the ratio of meat to Ottogi seasoning: 5:1.

2. Boil the meat with enough water to cover it.

• Slow-cook for more than 1 hour on medium heat.
• Pressure-cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.

Tip

• If the meat is tough, it helps to add pear juice.
• Add onions, potatoes, radishes, green onions, and chili peppers according to your preference.

Cooking Suggestions:

• Ideal for dishes that require a strong soy sauce flavor, such as anchovy stir-fry, eggplant stir-fry, or seaweed soup.
