오뚜기 닭볶음탕양념 160G(OTG Spicy Chicken BBQ Sauce 160G)

Ingredients:

• Ottogi Spicy Chicken BBQ seasoning: 1 pack (160g)
• Chicken for stir-fry: 1 whole (about 800g)
• Potato: 1
• Carrot: 1/2
• Onion: 1/4
• Green Onion: small amount
• Water: 500ml

Cooking Method:

1. Boil water and blanch the chicken for 5 minutes. Prepare the potato, carrot, and onion by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a pot, add the blanched chicken, potato, carrot, and the seasoning. Add water and cover. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Add the onion and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Finish by adding green onion for a final touch.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
