Using a Microwave:

• Completely remove the sealing inside.
• Cover the plastic lid again and microwave for 2 minutes. (700W 2 min, 1000W 1.5 min)

Using Boiling water:

• Do not remove the sealing inside.
• Heat up for 8 minutes.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
