Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  • Prepare 200g of shabu-shabu beef, assorted vegetables (cabbage, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, etc.)

Step 2: Assemble Ingredients

  • Arrange the cleaned vegetables, enoki mushrooms, and beef in a pot.
  • Layer the ingredients in a circular pattern from the outer edge to the center.
  • Place the shiitake mushrooms in the center for presentation.

Step 3: Prepare Broth

  • Add one pack of broth concentrate and 500ml (about 2.5 cups) of water to the pot.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 4: Enjoy

  • Add chili sauce or sesame sauce for enhanced flavor.
  • Use the remaining broth to cook noodles, rice, or egg for a richer taste.

Other Instructions

Shabu-Shabu (1-2 Servings)

  1. Add one pack of broth concentrate and 500ml (about 2.5 cups) of water to a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Add prepared shabu-shabu beef, mushrooms, and assorted vegetables to the pot.
  4. Lightly dip ingredients in the broth until cooked.
  5. Serve with chili sauce or sesame sauce for added flavor.
  6. Use the remaining broth to cook noodles, rice, or egg for a richer taste.

Cold Buckwheat Noodles (1 Serving)

  1. Add one pack of broth concentrate to a bowl.
  2. Mix with 2 tablespoons (20g) of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons (16g) of sugar.
  3. Add 100g of buckwheat noodles and mix well.
  4. Garnish with 15g of radish, 10g of mustard, and a small amount of wasabi.
  5. Serve chilled with ice for a refreshing taste.
