Instructions

  1. Cook rice and season with salt, sesame oil, or any preferred flavoring.
  2. Open the triangular mold and place a sheet of wrap or sushi packaging sheet inside.
  3. Add approximately 1/3 of the mold with rice.
  4. Place your desired filling (e.g., kimchi, tuna, stir-fried beef) in the center.
  5. Cover the filling with more rice, filling the mold completely.
  6. Press the lid onto the mold gently but firmly, ensuring the rice is compact and evenly shaped.
  7. Use the press tool to lift and remove the rice ball from the mold.
  8. Remove the plastic wrap to complete your triangular sushi.
