1. Add 2.5–3L of water to a pot, then place the tea bag and about 10 cloves of garlic into the water.
2. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a low heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes to extract the flavors.
3. Remove any excess fat from chicken or duck, then add the meat to the pot. Simmer until fully cooked.
   Note: The tea bag absorbs excess oil and impurities, so there's no need to skim the broth.
4. After cooking, remove the tea bag and discard along with any absorbed fat.
