1. Heat oil to 170-180°C (when breadcrumbs float when dropped, it has reached the correct temperature). Fry 7-8 frozen squid rings in the oil without thawing.
2. Fry for about 3 minutes. Remove them once they float and turn golden brown.
3. For enhanced flavor, enjoy with vegetables and sauces such as ketchup or mustard, depending on your preference.
