Dilution Ratios:

• For zaru soba, rice bowls, and tempura: Mix 1 part tsuyu with 1-2 parts water.
• For udon or hot soba noodles: Dilute 1 part tsuyu with 3-4 parts water.
• For simmered dishes: Use a 1:3-4 ratio of tsuyu to water.
• For shabu-shabu or hot pots: Use 1 part tsuyu with 6-8 parts water.

Storage
