A. How to make Seaweed Soup

Ingredients:

  • Seaweed 10g
  • Beef 50g
  • Minced garlic 1 tsp (6g)
  • Sesame oil 2 tsp (5g)
  • Soy sauce 1½ tbsp (23g)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the dried seaweed in water and prepare it by draining.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pot, add the prepared ingredients, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 1000ml of water, bring to a boil, then season with soy sauce.
    ※ For a softer texture and deeper flavor, simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

B. How to make Seasoned Seaweed Salad

Ingredients:

  • Seaweed 3g
  • Radish 50g
  • Cucumber 30g
  • Salt ½ tsp (2.5g)
  • Spring onion & minced garlic ½ tsp (3g)
  • Plum Vinegar 3 tsp (9g)
  • Sugar 1 tsp (3.5g)
  • Sesame Oil, lightly stir-fried

Instructions:

  1. Soak the dried seaweed in water and prepare it by draining.
  2. Salt the radish and cucumber slices and let them sit.
  3. Mix the spring onion, garlic, and plum vinegar to make the sauce.
  4. Add the seaweed, radish, and cucumber to the sauce and mix well.

Tip: Add sesame oil according to your preference for a richer flavor.

C. How to make Cold Seaweed Soup

Ingredients:

  • Seaweed 5g
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • Sugar 1½ tbsp (18g)
  • Apple Vinegar 2 tbsp (28g)
  • Salt ½ tsp (2.5g)
  • Sesame Oil 1 tsp (2.5g)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the seaweed in water, drain, and slice the cucumber thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix 3 cups of ice water (600ml) with the seasoning and pour it over the seaweed and cucumber.

Tip: For extra flavor, you can add sesame oil and minced garlic according to your taste.

D. How to make Stir-fried Seaweed

Ingredients:

  • Seaweed: 20g
  • Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon (11g)
  • Sesame oil: 2 teaspoons (5g)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the seaweed briefly in water, then rinse and drain the saltwater.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add the seaweed, and stir-fry for 3 minutes over low heat.
  3. Add sugar and sesame oil, then mix well.
