Directions for Making Doughnuts

1. Prepare Ingredients: Mix 100 ml of milk or water with 1 egg, then beat well to combine.

2. Make the Dough: In a mixing bowl, add 500 g of Doughnut Mix. Gradually pour in the egg mixture and knead until the dough is well-formed and smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature. (Note: Be careful not to knead for too long, as this can make the doughnuts tough.)

3. Roll Out the Dough: Lightly flour a flat surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5–0.7 cm (0.2–0.3 inches) with a rolling pin.

4. Shape the Doughnuts: Use a round cutter to cut out doughnut shapes. Use a smaller cutter to make holes in the center of each doughnut.

5. Fry the Doughnuts: Heat Cooking Oil in a frying pan to a temperature of 160–170°C (320–340°F). Fry the doughnuts until they are golden brown. (Note: Maintain a consistent oil temperature by adjusting the heat slightly between 160°C and 180°C.)

  • 6. Cool and Add Finishing Touches: Drain the fried doughnuts on a paper towel or rack to remove excess oil. Once they are cooled, you can decorate them with sugar or toppings of your choice for delicious doughnuts.
